They are kind and gentle with my son.

My son is autistic and doesn't do well with things like this but the staff & office were so amazing that he actually had a good time. Definitely sticking with them.

Our son has been going here since he was a toddler. The facility is always immaculate. The staff is always great. Anyone in the area should absolutely bring their child to Dr Kwon's!

We had a wonderful time today at my son's Mordecai dentist appointment! Dr. Kwon and his assistant took GOOD care of my baby and appreciate it soooo much! I can't remember the lady name that help took care of Mordecai Blackwell and the crazy thing is she gave me her name and i still forgot it! But we had a wonderful time and it didn't take long at all!

My girls have been going to this office for a year and they love this place! Not only them me as a parent too

I was referred to the Braselton location, I had great experience with everyone.

I love this dentist for my kids, so I'll drive 30 minutes just to come here, even though I have a dentist 5 minutes from me, because the people are amiable and sweet, and I never had any issue with them.

Love this place The staff are so nice and helpful. All of my kids get good Dentist care here. Free area for your kids to play while waiting. No long waiting and flexible appointment schedule. I will highly recommend this place if you need a good care for your family

Highly recommend, the hygienist that clean my girls was amazing. I was running behind and she understood and was able to see my girls. Highly recommended them.

Amazing and thorough. Heather cleaned my child’s teeth and she was so personable and friendly. The young man who took the x-rays was the sweetest young man. He made the x-rays enjoyable for my child. He was soft spoken and extremely mannerable. Super amazing office. My child enjoys going to the dentist unlike our former dentist office which was very forceful and traumatizing. Thank you all for changing this experience for my little one!!!

My daughter’s last dentist visit traumatized us both, so I decided to switch to Dr Kwon Pediatric. Upon walking in, the environment was comforting and clean. My daughter is very shy and always need me for everything; therefore, it shocked me when she had gone in the back to get X-rays by herself. That showed me she was comfortable with the dental assistant. Everyone was kind and informative. Definitely recommend this dentistry 10/10!!

First, I’d like to say that every time we walk into this establishment, every one is super friendly and ready to assist. Both my children are seen on a regular basis they truly love to come and learn how maintain their teeth healthy thanks to your wonderful staff. I’d also like to give a special thank you to Doctor Belinda, Shelly, and Lolly. My daughter and I absolutely adore them.

My daughter has had the biggest fear at dentist she's now almost 8. Her last three cleaning have been unsuccessful due to her refusing and fear. Well today was a huge success. She had her fears and tears and out tech Mrs . Holly was absolutely amazing. She was kind calm and patient. She was very informative with my daughter and showing what she was doing how it felt and anything she could to make her more comfortable and at ease. Even after trying for the first 20 minutes and still not getting her to open up for a clean mrs.holly continued to remain calm and cheerful. By the end my daughter went from tears and gripping Mom's hands to two big thumbs up big smiles and completely relaxed in her techs hands. And she sang happy tunes about her beautiful bright white shiny teeth alllll the way home . The entire environment surrounding the office is kid friendly and fun.

Today was my first visit to this practice with both my children. First off, i scheduled their appointments online but could only find 2 different day appointments for them. They called to confirm if seeing them on the same day at the same time would be ok which helped me out tremendously since i had to be off work for this. It was my daughters first cleaning and i was worried that she wouldn't be cooperative. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so kid focused and both my kids loved it. Taja, their hygienist, was amazing with both of them and the office ran so efficiently. My daughter wanted to go back as soon as we left! The staff was consistently helping each other out when they saw the need and everyone was so attentive. Great job to everyone in this office. Thank you so much for helping make my children so comfortable!

I’m always impressed when I leave this office! Everyone from the hygienist, tech and dentist make each visit seamless. This is group is awesome and I really appreciate everyone!!

My son is autistic and has some serious sensory issues. Dentist appointment have always been very tough for him. Dr Kwan's staff put him at ease and made it possible to participate in his care.

Im giving them a 4 because i been waiting to do this review for over a year now. The front desk Staff is nice and pleasant to talk to. Today my daughter had an appointment and again she came to me with some complaints. I really miss Dr. Kwon and how NICE he was. My daughter complaint about the Doctor that saw her today and talked to her about her teeth. She was rude not only to my daughter but to the Staff too. We would LOVE Doctor Kwon BACK!! And the staff in the back should be more understanding and Nice.

Pretty good dentist office. Dr Kwon is great! Some of the office staff could be better in relaying information. The Dacula office is the best.

I love Kwon Dentistry. I’ve been taking my boys there for years. I just recently started coming to the Dacula office & I absolutely love them. Jackie is absolutely amazing & made my kids and myself feel so comfortable & truly cared. The Dentist was amazing as well!

All 4 of my children where seen at this office until 3 now adults aged out. My daughter who has special needs is only 13 and still is seen here. We have never had a bad experience here. The techs, hygienist and dentist always seem to go above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable and at ease while there. I couldn't ask for a better practice for any one of my children. I want to say a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to Ms. Holly, Ms. Belinda and a little extra appreciation for the one and only Ms. Jordan who matched my daughters energy to the point that's all my daughter talked about her and the 2 funny young ladies at the front desk! EVERYONE at this office are AMAZING THANK YOU ALL

This is by far the best children’s dentist office! The entire staff is so friendly and very kind! My girls love going to the dentist thanks to the Dacula location.

My first and second visits left me feeling indifferent about this practice but my third visit was much better. It might have to do with when you take your child for their first two visits there is not much to be done besides looking at the child's teeth because they are too young to have a cleaning done. My child’s third visit was in November of 2023. I updated my review due to some typos I had made when I made the original review. When my son turned 2 he got his teeth cleaned and it was a great experience. Jackie the hygienist was very sweet with my 2 year old. The way she talked to him was like she was a preschool teacher. She talked to him on his level and she was so kind. She was so gentle while showing him the tool she was using for his teeth and my son enjoyed his time getting his teeth brushed. When Jessica the dentist came in she was very nice, explained what she saw and how his teeth were coming along. She answered questions I had and was very patient with us. This dental practice was one of three that was recommended by our pediatrician. Third visit tops the first two and I am glad I stuck around.

The technicians and doctors are very friendly and patient with children and parents. They are also great at reminding parents about upcoming appointments!!

It was our first visit here, so happy my provider told us to come here. My daughter is terrified to go to the dentist but they took such good care that she is excited for her next visit.

My oldest son has been going to Kwon Pediatrics since he was 2, he’s 7 now, and today was my youngest son’s first visit. The dental assistant Nikki was amazing! She made my kids feel welcomed and made playful conversation. She was absolutely super and the Dentist was also super informative and friendly. He made the visit very genuine and smooth. I will always bring them back!

Staff is so good. Friendly, professional and efficient.

They made my granddaughter feel so relaxed and calm she let the dentist fill a cavity and 4 sealants it was awesome

I recommend here very much! When my child went to the other dentist he was very scared, 4 people would have to hold him down to do scaling. Today, it took only one person to care of child. Thank you!!!
